This is the directorate mandated with the main objective of enabling the management of Human resources and dealing with the management of Human resources and dealing with management issues for smooth and productive operations of the institute. The core functions of the directorate arise from the provision of strategic inputs on administration and human resource management issues such as:- Recruitment, Human Resource Development, training, promotions, discipline, retention, motivation, performance management, and welfare. On a second note, the directorate plays a vital role in ensuring optimal, efficient, and effective management of the utilization of human resources in the organization. The directorate also is the custodian of public service management policies, employment policies, and public service acts in liaison with the President’s office and public service management. The directorate oversees the overall adherence to both public service morals and professional ethics.
