Objective To coordinate planning, finance, and health insurance matters in order to ensure efficient resource utilization and sustainable service delivery. Functions The Directorate is responsible for the following functions: Financial Management – Prepare and implement financial policies, guidelines, and procedures. Planning & Budgeting – Coordinate the preparation and implementation of Strategic Plans, Annual Plans, Action Plans, and budgets. Monitoring & Evaluation – Track and assess the implementation of Strategic Plans, Annual Plans, Action Plans, and budgets to ensure alignment with institutional goals. Budget Preparation – Provide inputs for the annual Budget Speech to the Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children. Accounting Services – Offer financial management and bookkeeping services in compliance with standards and regulations. Revenue & Expenditure Oversight – Supervise revenue collection and ensure proper expenditure control.
