Objective To ensure risk management and Quality health services delivery. This Unit will perform the following activities:- (i) Develop and implement service quality control measures guidelines and standard operating; (ii) Undertakes internal clinical quality audits; (iii) Review, develop and implement quality management system; (iv) Coordinate the quality management activities that include planning, quality assurance, quality control, performance monitoring, and continual improvement; (v) Manage risks at Hospital; (vi) Acts as an interface between Hospital and ISO registrar of standards and Ministry of Health on matters pertaining to provision of quality health services; (vii) Oversee the process of disposal of unserviceable goods; (viii) Prepare periodical reports and submit to appropriate authorities; and (ix) Monitor adherence of professional standards and ethics in health service delivery. This Unit will be led a Head.
